Option two

This diet is based on cleansing the body with hot drinks, as well as a significant reduction in calories in the diet (the daily norm is no more than 1000 kcal). It is recommended to drink hot green or black (preferably loose leaf) tea without sugar or even hot water throughout the day.

For all 3 days we adhere to the following menu:

Breakfast: 2 soft-boiled eggs, 50 gr. boiled, oven-baked or steamed chicken fillet, 1 slice of black or rye bread with low-fat butter, 2 cups of tea (green or black) without sugar or hot water.

Lunch: 100 gr. boiled or steamed low-fat fish, 300 gr. salad of greens and green vegetables, 2 low-calorie medium-sized fruits, 1 cup of tea (green or black) without sugar or hot water.

Afternoon snack: 1 cup of unsweetened tea or hot water.

First dinner: 2 slices of rye bread with low-fat butter, 1 cup of green tea.

Second dinner: 1 cup of green or black tea or hot water.

If you are not so pressed for weight loss, the diet can be extended over one to three weeks. Reviews have shown that from one to five kilograms are lost every week. Throughout the day, throughout the diet, you can use water, tea without sugar (less often coffee), vegetable broths or freshly squeezed juice as additional drinks.

Salad

Models' breakfasts

  • 1 hard-boiled egg, 50 gr. ham or cheese, 1 cup of yogurt with the lowest fat content possible.
  • 2 slices of bran bread, grapefruit or orange.
  • 100 gr. cottage cheese with the lowest fat content, 50 gr. ham.
  • 100 gr. muesli (with water or skim milk), 1 banana.

Model lunches

  • onion soup, rye crackers, green vegetable salad.
  • 100 gr. seafood salad (for example, shrimp and greens), 100 gr. lean meat (oven-cooked, steamed or boiled), 1 glass of low-fat yogurt without additives or preservatives.
  • 100-150 gr. stewed cabbage, salad of boiled champignons and potatoes with herbs, olive oil and lemon juice, 2 medium kiwis.
  • 100 gr. boiled or steamed beets with olive oil, 100 gr. boiled rice with soy sauce, 1 glass of freshly squeezed tomato juice.
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, 150 gr. stewed liver, 1 glass of low-fat yogurt without additives or preservatives.

Model dinners

  • 100 gr. lean meat (cooked in the oven, steamed or boiled), 50 gr. low-fat cheese, 1 glass of kefir with the lowest fat content possible.
  • cauliflower (boiled or steamed) with soy sauce, boiled potatoes, steamed or in their jackets, 1 slice of bran bread.
  • 100 gr. low-fat stewed fish, 1 glass of yogurt or kefir with the lowest fat content possible.
  • green vegetable salad, beans stewed with parsley, 1 boiled potato, 1 slice of bran bread.
  • salad of white cabbage, herbs and olive oil, 1 slice of bran bread, 2 medium kiwis.

How to make the weight loss process easier and the result more effective:

  1. if the feeling of hunger becomes unbearable, eat an artichoke (it has appetite suppressant properties);
  2. you can use ginger seasoning for cooking (it actively breaks down fats in the body);
  3. do not salt food in large quantities: salt prevents the removal of fluids from the body;
  4. add fresh parsley to your dishes (it also copes well with hunger);
  5. among fruits for the rapid process of burning fats, pineapples are considered the most effective (other useful ones are oranges and grapefruits, apples and plums, peaches and watermelons);
  6. a strict three-day diet should not be followed more than once a month;
  7. When leaving the diet, you need to increase the amount of food and its calorie content gradually.
