Mark plays the cynical top manager Dima Korolev, who comes to his native Zaleschinsk from Moscow. According to the plot, he has to return to his hometown ten years later in order to buy out the local recreation center for the construction of a shopping center. But on the way to the business project, his ex-girlfriend Alena and part-time director of the cultural center will stand in the way, as well as pestering relatives who will remind the ambitious guy of his roots.
“This is a very vital story that falls into our time. Well, the name of the project speaks for itself: it is important to remember where you came from, your roots, who you really are, and not to forget what is truly valuable,” said the actor.
He will be accompanied by famous actors and cast members: Elena Valyushkina, Anna Ukolova, Natalya Skomorokhova, Sergei Chirkov, Vladimir Sychev, Yulia Sules, Alexandra Kuzenkina, Ksenia Korneva, Renat Mukhambayev, Anton Lapenko and others.

During the day I constantly wanted to sleep, but I couldn’t because I was filming. And at night I couldn’t sleep. The condition and appearance were like that of a zombie. Huge bruises under my eyes, pale, not to say white - as if the blood had been sucked out of me. He could schedule three meetings at the same time in different parts of Moscow. I drove and forgot where I was going and why. Stopped communicating with friends. This hellish period lasted for a whole year. It was as if I had fallen into slavery - I lived with the oppressive feeling that I constantly had to, had to, had to... Work shifts, smile at the camera, pretend that I was cool and a star, and that everything was fine with me. Plus there was a difficult situation in my personal life...”
