“If it were possible to bury her somehow...” 38-year-old Kabanov explained his action. “And some internal threshold did not allow me to throw it in the trash.”

It was clear from everything that the defendant was preparing to speak. Contrary to expectations, he did not deny his guilt and did not say anything bad about his wife. What he said made it possible to put together all the assumptions and conjectures previously voiced by family and friends. Yes, there were problems in the family, Kabanov confirmed. Mainly because of money. A rented apartment, three small children, a nanny, a non-working wife who constantly falls into depression - all this against the backdrop of a constant lack of finances.

— Last year the situation became much more complicated, and by the end of the year it escalated to the limit. Problems began to affect the relationship between Irina and I, quarrels left the “peaceful shores” and reached a certain peak. In recent months we hardly spoke, I spent all my time at work, and upon my return I began to notice more and more often that there was not enough alcohol in the house. When Irina drank, she could not stop - even her friends said this. We didn’t find out anything, although now I understand that it was necessary. Over the course of five years, a lot of grievances and understatements have accumulated. They never swore loudly, they tried to whisper so that the children would not hear. That night was probably the first time we raised our voices at each other...” Kabanov recalled.

Describing the events of the evening of January 2, the defendant did not tell anything fundamentally new. They baked cookies, cooked dinner, fed the children, read fairy tales... Then they drank, quarreled, smoked a lot, argued. They started talking about divorce; this was not the first time that words had come out of the spouses’ mouths.

“It wasn’t a drunken fight,” explains Kabanov. “I drank quite a bit, Irina, but a lot, really.” Lately she had been in a gloomy depressive state, and this evening was the first happy one for some time. I don’t remember how the scandal started. Irina threatened that one day I would return from work, and the children would no longer be there. Not that I took her words seriously, but she had already left home several times, did not spend the night, and returned in the evening the next day. I may have answered something harsh - you’ll go to Ukraine (that’s where she’s from), to the station, I won’t give up the children. I love my children madly, you know?.. She kept repeating and repeating that she would take the children away. Powerlessness, despair, anger, rage, a feeling of hopelessness of the situation. In the heat of a quarrel, Ira rushed at me with her fists, and I hit her back. What happened next I only remember in fragments.

Kabanov did not immediately begin to dismember his wife’s corpse and put it into bags, as was said at the investigation. At first there was stupor, shock, then a feverish desire to hide the traces of the crime. The body lay in the bathroom for a day before the killer decided to do it.

“Panic horror seized me. It was scary to go there,” the defendant admitted. — At some point, the only correct decision arose - “this” needed to be removed from the apartment. It was cold, and I took “this” out onto the balcony... It is noteworthy that when mentioning Irina after her death and dismemberment, Alexey Kabanov persistently called her “this”.

“Nothing would have happened if in ten days I had finally taken the bags out from the balcony...” Kabanov said with regret at the end of his speech. Then he honestly added that he had no intention of surrendering to the police; he hoped to stay with the children and raise three of them, including his wife’s son from her first marriage.

The artist tried a lot of different ways to lose weight, including diets and exercise, but the results he managed to achieve did not last long. Once again thinking about the need to get himself and his body in order, Alexey decided to go on a ten-day fast. Kabanov told StarHit about why the singer chose such an extreme method of losing weight and how he manages to maintain cheerfulness and clarity of mind while he eats only water.

As it turned out, just recently the lead singer of the group “Korni” had to exclude sports from his life. And this is not at all connected with the laziness or fatigue of the artist, but with his health. “I recently had problems with my back, and the doctor forbade me from lifting weights. I had to exclude sports for some time. But this is temporary, only for the period of rehabilitation, Alexey explained to StarHit. “In fact, I was just careless about my diet. When you are 25 years old, you can easily lose what you have gained through sports, but I am 32 years old, and physical activity only comes in addition to the diet.”

There really were a lot of diets in Alexey’s life. The musician admits that each of them gave a certain effect, but the result did not last for a long time. In addition, Kabanov wanted to try something new - something that would help him not only get rid of extra pounds, but also completely cleanse his body. The artist came to the idea of starting fasting last year.

“I already had the experience of fasting, although it lasted seven days,” Alexey recalls. “And now I have set myself the goal of fasting for 10 days. It's now the fourth day. I still feel fine. Previously, I fasted for one day, then tried to sit on the water for two days. In a word, I already have some experience, I gradually worked towards this. The first time I fasted for three days, I thought it was incredibly difficult. Now everything is going easier. Of course, later in the evening I start to go a little crazy because I really want to eat. In addition, glucose does not reach the brain, and it does not cook well.”

It must be said that the extreme method of losing weight still causes Kabanov some inconvenience. For example, the singer now does not risk driving because he does not feel confident. “There are difficulties,” Alexey admits. - For example, tomorrow the guys and I are called to a filming where we will go through a quest, and I’m a little worried about this. I ask the guys not to count on me too much, because there you have to be very focused and attentive, and I’m hungry. There are some nuances...The further the fast goes, the more afraid I am to get behind the wheel and make some mistake. Of course, it is better to protect yourself from any unnecessary movements during times of fasting, because sometimes this is dangerous and may not end very pleasantly.”

As it turned out, fasting is accompanied by several problems for Alexey. Firstly, it is quite difficult for the lead singer of the group “Korni” to overcome the feeling of hunger, and secondly, he becomes easily excitable and can react sharply to any insignificant things. On top of everything else, the artist really had much less strength. Alexey tries to fight this condition in different ways. The 32-year-old man follows a proven pattern every day.

“There is always a hunt, this has been going on for me since the very first day,” said Kabanov. “But I’m struggling with it.” I have several ways. The first and main thing is that I try to motivate myself by the fact that I am doing this for a reason, but in order to cleanse the body. Secondly, I drink water and try to drown out the feeling of hunger with it. Third, I go for some walks, try to keep myself busy and move. Fourth, I take a warm bath and relax that way. Then it lets me go a little.”

It’s interesting that the sensations that accompany fasting for Alexey are not the most difficult thing he has to experience. Those who have at least once in their life turned to a similar method of cleansing the body know well that the most difficult stage begins from the moment you break fast. “Last year, when I was fasting for seven days, I encountered a problem. You need to come out of fasting very carefully,” continues Alexey Kabanov. — I mixed the juices with water and calculated the proportions incorrectly. As a result, I had bloating, my body took it painfully. Of course, this time I will behave more carefully and smarter. I will gradually add juice to the water. Because during fasting, the stomach stops working, and then if you just stuff a pasty into it, it can all end badly. If they don’t have time to take you to the hospital and pump out your stomach, then weight, goodbye. Naturally, I know all this. Of course, first I will have water diluted with juice, then I will try to drink it in its pure form, on the third day I will add fruit, and on the fourth, let’s say, I will add some porridge with water. This is the most difficult stage of fasting – the exit.”

According to the artist, if you act carefully and listen to the advice of those who have previously passed this serious test, the result will not be long in coming.

“Last year I had a very good result,” shares Alexey. “I don’t know what it was connected with, maybe I was good at sports then.” In general, I then lost 9 kilograms in a week. It turned out that in the first two days I lost two kilograms. And now in the first days everything goes away very hard, I lose much less per day than before. You can see from his body that he has lost weight, but his face remains large. I'll try to do something about all this. I will walk more, be in the fresh air..."

It is noteworthy that the artist’s wife Rosalia supports her beloved’s aspirations to look better. Moreover, families are often offered family photography, which they are forced to refuse. “Good photographers offer us family photography, but I don’t like myself yet,” the singer openly states. “That’s why my wife puts everything off and puts it off...
