HOW TO ESTABLISH HORMONAL BACKGROUND USING FOLK METHODS

The main direction in treatment is the use of phytohormones.

They use herbs that can restore hormonal balance (in particular estrogen-progesterone). The following recipes are known:

  1. Brew wormwood herb with hot water (as indicated in the instructions) and leave for 12-15 minutes, strain. Should be taken from days 1 to 5 of the menstrual cycle.
  2. The sage herb should first be brewed, then strained. Drink sage infusion three times a day, less than half a glass. Take from days 6 to 15 of the cycle.
  3. Take your choice of cinquefoil, meadow lumbago or mantle and brew. Insist. Should be taken from days 16 to 25 of the cycle.

The role of hormones

Everyone knows that hormones play a huge role in the life of every living creature, and humans in particular.
This is especially true for women. Female hormonal background
After all, in fact, not only the health, but also the appearance, as well as the psychological state of a woman depends on the hormonal background. As you know, the basis of a woman’s endocrine system is estrogen and progesterone. It is these two hormones that regulate all events occurring in the body, from the menstrual cycle to skin condition and mood.

The hormonal system is normally a very finely tuned system with a rather fragile balance: any external factor, be it a cold, stress or diet, can disrupt it and sometimes lead to quite serious problems. In turn, hormonal imbalance in women can result in such significant problems as dysmenorrhea, migraines, neuroses, infertility and even cancer.

Hormones of youth and beauty

There is a theory of Yin and Yang.

Yang hormones are hormones of activity, for example, actions during the day.

Yin hormones are hormones of calm. Periods of relaxation, rest and meditation. There must be a balance.

Yang is energy and Yin is matter.

3 pairs of hormones for youth and beauty

:

  • Estrogen VS Progesterone.
  • Cortisol and adrenaline (stress hormones) VS DHEA (youth hormone) and growth hormone (rejuvenation hormone).
  • Vitamin D VS Testosterone.

Spikes of cortisol and adrenaline are normal. Today there are no periods of surge and rest, but there is a process of chronic distress. Cortisol is high in the morning, and a decrease during the day is normal.

Now the whole day is high (for coffee) or very low (does not give you strength). When cortisol is in the blood, it competes with another adrenal hormone, DHEA. More stress = more fat.

Formula: CORTISOL = high blood sugar = more insulin = more inflammation = the entire hormonal system is in chaos.

  • Yin hormone – estrogen

Nourishes every cell of the body. Without estrogen, dryness occurs. If there is an excess, on the contrary, water retention = weight gain, congestion (fibroids, cysts, endometriosis).

Produced by the ovaries, adrenal glands, placenta and liver. Not only the quantity of estrogen is important, but also the quality.

It is synthesized in the ovaries and adrenal glands and is then converted into either good estrogen (2-hydroxyestrone) or poisonous one (1 6-alphahydroxyestrone).

We recommend

According to Eastern medicine, the transformation of estrogen into good or bad depends on the correct functioning of the liver and metabolism. Bad estrogens live longer than good ones and stimulate the accelerated proliferation of mammary gland cells, so they can be a factor in the development of breast cancer. If the body's metabolism of estrogen is disrupted, it stagnates and becomes problematic, or "bad" estrogen.

  • Yang hormone Yin - progesterone

Yin hormone with yang qualities. Supports estrogen and acts as part of the natural system of interdependence and mutual limitation, limiting the influence of estrogen and preventing it from becoming dominant.

When progesterone levels are low, we may experience symptoms similar to those of estrogen deficiency. This can be explained by a lack of progesterone in the body as a raw material for the production of estrogen.

But if we have enough estrogen, but a lack of progesterone, then we may have symptoms of excess unhindered estrogen. At the age of 35, its production begins to decline.

  • Cortisol VS DHEA

Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA, or DHEA) is a prohormone that balances cortisol in much the same way that progesterone balances estrogen.

Excess cortisol circulating in the body leads to resistance to many hormones, including thyroid hormones. If cortisol levels are too high for too long, it accelerates aging, even if estrogen and progesterone are circulating in normal amounts in the body.

Dehydroepiandrosterone is abbreviated as DHA. The hormone is responsible for female slimness. DHA appears as a result of the work of the adrenal glands and acts as a synthesis of female and male hormones. Muscle tone is added, fat cells do not grow too rapidly due to the action of this hormone. Until the age of 30, a person’s DHA level is normal.

If we are depleted of sex hormones or stress hormones, or both, and lack the raw materials to synthesize them, choices must be made. And the body does it: it gives preference to stress hormones.

  • Vitamin D and Testosterone

The stress hormone cortisol reduces testosterone levels. Vitamin D and zinc are two key micronutrients needed for natural testosterone production.

The action of the male hormone testosterone in the body of women causes a rejuvenating effect and adds health. The best metabolism is activated and the emotional state improves. Testosterone that enters a woman's body does not act the same way it would act in a man's body.

Testosterone has the following effects on a woman’s body: increased sexuality, normal self-esteem, high need for movement, good muscle tone, improved condition of bones and joints, and establishment of the process of cellular regeneration.

  • Somatotropin

Growth hormone is the hormone of youth. As children, it helps us grow. But 80% of cases of growth hormone deficiency develop in adulthood.

What does this miracle hormone do for us:

  • helps regulate body composition, body fluids, muscle and bone growth;
  • increases the synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid;
  • increases libido, sexual activity and quality of orgasms;
  • restores hair growth, visual acuity, speed of wound healing;
  • reduces cholesterol levels, reducing the risk of diseases;
  • improves vitality and lifts mood.

What a glitch

Treatment with mineral water
What is this failure?
The main thing is hormonal balance.
A woman’s body has two main sex hormones: estrogen (it makes a woman soft, feminine, affectionate) and progesterone (this hormone is responsible for a woman’s reproductive function.

It prevents the onset of menstruation, ensures pregnancy and gestation, and also regulates blood pressure and sugar levels and fat metabolism).

If the balance of these two hormones is disturbed, problems arise in the body, and therefore it is extremely important to recognize hormonal imbalance in the early stages and take appropriate measures.

REASONS FOR CHANGES IN HORMONAL VALUES

1. Stressful situations. Cortisol is a stress hormone that causes hormonal imbalance and occurs as a result of stressful situations.

2. Frequent diets. In order for hormonal levels to be normal, it is necessary for everyone to have at least a minimum fat reserve. And estrogens are produced in adipose tissue.

3. Work at night. Insufficient sleep and jet lag can cause hormone imbalances.

4. Self-administration of hormonal medications can negatively affect hormone levels (only a doctor should select contraceptives for women).

5. Consuming large amounts of phytohormones. Some foods contain certain substances that cause hormone imbalance in men and women. For example, beer promotes the feminization of men (the belly and chest grow, fat is deposited) and the masculinization of women (hair grows, hips become smaller and shoulders increase).

6. Playing sports at an intense pace , physical overexertion. In rare cases, disturbances in hormone levels occur in women, even leading to the development of endometriosis.

7. Hereditary factor. In such cases, hormonal dysfunctions in women and men are difficult to treat.

8. Infectious diseases , especially sexually transmitted ones. They may well cause hormonal imbalance.

9. Living in an environmentally unfavorable area. Hormonal disruption occurs 30% more often in people living in industrial and environmentally polluted areas.

10. Parasites in the body. The toxins released by parasites can cause hormonal imbalance.

Symptoms of hormonal imbalance

Therapeutic procedure
Symptoms of imbalance of sex hormones largely depend on the age and individual characteristics of each woman.
Depends on age
So, for teenage girls, the main symptom of hormonal imbalance is menstrual irregularity. In mature women, hormonal imbalance manifests itself in general malaise, headaches, mood swings, and menstrual irregularities. It can lead to infertility or pregnancy failure. In older women, hormonal imbalance, in fact, has symptoms similar to those during menopause, which is an imbalance of sex hormones.

When such problems arise, a logical question arises: what to do in case of hormonal imbalance? If any symptoms appear that may indicate hormonal imbalances, you must immediately consult a doctor, undergo the necessary tests and undergo a course of treatment.

Is the cause of poor health a hormonal imbalance?

June 15, 2019

Good afternoon Help me sort out the situation. Over the course of about 2 years, I began to notice that from the first day of menstruation until the 7th day of the cycle, my body works miracles and dances. I start to feel sick, feel dizzy, my blood pressure drops to 90/60, heart rate is 51-57, then it rises to 160/100, heart rate is 51-57, sometimes it’s normal. Headaches and a state of severe weakness, drowsiness, and loss of coordination begin. A week passes from the beginning of menstruation and everything is restored. I consulted many gynecologists, neurologists, therapists, and I also went to an endocrinologist. But no one finds anything wrong. The gynecologist says that this is PMS, and in order to find out whether it is PMS or not, it is necessary to stop menstruation for three months with strong hormonal drugs. But, I’m tired of living like this during my period... On all other days my condition is good and workable, but when things start, everyone lie down and lie down for all 5 days. About myself: 38 years old, married, two children. There was one undeveloped pregnancy; I never had an abortion. Sex life is not regular (specific to my husband’s work, he is on shift for 6 months). Examined: For infection using PCR - everything is clear, onocytology - everything without pathology, leukocytes in the smear are slightly increased, hormones: TSH-1.3484 µIU/ml, Progesterone - 11.40 ng/ml, Estradiol-558.0 pmol/l , DHEA sulfate -210.1 mcg/dl, free testosterone -0.0168 nmol/l, total testosterone -1.217 nmol/l, sex hormone binding globulin - 49.8 nmol/l, free androgen index - 2.4 %, cortisol - 6.1 mcg/dl, androstenedione - 2.9 ng/ml, 17-OH-progestirone - 10.24 nmol/l, these hormones were taken on the 21st day of m.c. That's what the gynecologist said. Now on day 2 of the cycle I have been shaking all day, severe weakness. On day 3 m.c. you need to take LH and FSH., General blood test - everything is normal, general urine test - normal, only salts-urates +, urine test for non-chiporenkoleukocytes - urine - 2000 in 1 ml, urine red blood cells - 1000 in 1 ml, cylinders - not detected, general stool analysis - slight dysbacteriosis. Potassium - 4.00 mmol/l, sodium - 142.0 mmol/l, Chlorides - 108 mmol/l (taken on December 4, 2018), Biochemistry dated May 20, 2019 - alpha-amylase - 33.0 IU/l, creatinine - 88 µmol/l, glucose - 5.58 mmol/l, triglycerides - 1.35 mmol/l, glycated hemoglobin A 1c - 5.1%, total cholesterol - 4.6 mmol/l, HDL cholesterol = 1.51 mmol/l, LDL cholesterol - 2.9 mmol/l, ultrasound of the thyroid gland - a hypoechoic node with a diameter of 0.4 cm is located in c/3, the conclusion says nodule = signs of diffuse changes in the thyroid gland, nodular form. TI-RADS category 2. Free thyroxine (T4) -14.39 pmol/l, free T3 - 3.96 pmol/l, Antibodies to microsomal thyroid peroxidase - 0.28 IU/ml, Prolactin-316.16 (tested on 05.10 .2018. Maybe it is no longer informative?). Fibrinogen - 3.06 g/l, thrombin time - 16.2 seconds, prothrombin time - 13.2 seconds, prothrombin according to Quick - 96%, INR - 1.02, APTT - 33.9 seconds. What else to go through? Why do I feel so bad during my period?

The question is closed

Treatment of hormonal imbalance

We take tests
Before starting treatment, you need to make sure that the problem is a hormonal imbalance.
The analysis will show
And for this, in turn, you need to pass the necessary tests. In almost any laboratory you can now take a blood test for hormones without any problems, even without a doctor’s referral. The answer form usually contains norms, by comparing with which you yourself can determine the degree of deviation of a particular indicator from the normal value.

Then you need to consult a doctor. Most often, treatment of hormonal imbalance in women takes a fairly long period of time and is carried out through synthetic hormonal drugs. Now there are a lot of similar drugs that have a minimum of side effects, but it is worth considering the fact that the endocrine system is a delicate thing that does not tolerate any interference. If hormonal imbalances are minor, it is best to avoid taking synthetic hormones if possible, as this can negatively affect the body's ability to produce its own hormones. Which will ultimately lead to a kind of hormonal dependence, like insulin.

hormonal imbalance in women treatment reviews

Hello, dear members of this community!

It took me a long time to gather my thoughts to write you my story.

First of all, I want to say that I registered on this site not so long ago - in November 2007, in order to find support and prove to myself that I can solve my problems and conceive, bear and finally give birth to my long-awaited baby.

It all started when, at the age of 19, I was diagnosed with ovarian dysfunction (after a two-week delay in menstruation, an ultrasound scan was performed). At first they said that I had a cyst, then that I had polycystic ovary syndrome. For those who don’t know, this is a condition when eggs do not mature, i.e. the follicles do not burst, and the ovaries are covered with a membrane of unbursted follicles. In turn, they prevent ovulation in the next cycle. If such a layer is thick, then in general, in order to get pregnant, you need to have an operation - laparoscopy.

For me, of course, it was a shock. Finding out that I may have problems conceiving in the future, you must admit, is not very pleasant.

We found a good doctor, I started going to her, taking some tests for hormones, etc. But everything happened somewhat sluggishly. Plus, it was constantly necessary to be treated either for chlamydia or thrush; in the end, when I was already dating my future husband, I was diagnosed with ureoplasma. At the same time, I was not some kind of walking girl who changed partners like gloves. Before my husband, I had intimate relationships with 2 young men for quite a long time.

I have formed an opinion about all these diseases, which perhaps not everyone will agree with. The opinion is this: a woman’s body contains both good and bad bacteria. If a woman is in a state of stress and discomfort, then there are more bad bacteria and some nasty stuff comes out, such as chlamydia. Moreover, throughout my childhood I suffered from otitis media, which were treated with antibiotics. The microflora is disrupted after antibiotics.

In 2002 we got married. I immediately told my husband that we would probably have problems conceiving. We got married in the winter, and in the summer I went to the doctor at my place of residence to examine and prepare my body for pregnancy.

Girls, I don’t want to name the names of doctors in my story. I know that this doctor of mine helped a lot of people, that’s why I went to her, but nothing good worked out with her. If I have any questions later, I’ll write you a private message.

In general, long and persistent attempts to get pregnant began: ultrasound in the middle of the cycle, measurements of basal temperature, which indicated that there was no ovulation; Hormone tests showed that I had an increased amount of prolactin. I started taking this drug - bromocriptine (also sold under the name Parlodel), it reduces the content of this hormone. Ovulation, it seems, has begun to slip, at the very least. One more time I took a medicine that stimulates ovulation. It’s called clostilbegit (I think many people know about it), which promised me a speedy conception, and the annotation even says that multiple pregnancies often result. But for some reason my doctor did not allow us to live openly during all the cycles, but every other time, after 2, she said that it was better that there were no failures, that there would be no miscarriage. I remember what a difficult time it was for me, sobbing into my pillow, etc. I couldn’t look calmly at pregnant women and small children. I think you've all had this experience.

And then, a year and a half after the treatment began, in January 2004, I found out that I was pregnant. I only found out about this when, 2 weeks after this, an ultrasound showed that the pregnancy was not developing, the diagnosis was a frozen pregnancy. I was urgently sent to the hospital to have a curettage done.

It was certainly a terrible experience for us. I remember my husband got drunk that day when I had a scraping (a terrible name, but cleaning, in my opinion, is even worse). We didn’t even have time to realize that we were expecting a baby, and here you go. There were 8 girls in the ward where I was lying. Two had the same thing, one had a cyst, another had fibroids, and another had an ectopic one. In short, everyone has some kind of problem.

You know, when something bad happens in life, for some reason it immediately becomes clear who is your friend and who is not, who treats you how. So it was with me. My best friend, who lived across the street from the hospital, never visited me. And another friend, who lived near Balashikha at that time (and I was in Moscow in the 64th hospital, who knows, it’s not far from the Universitet metro station) came to see me 2 times, although she was already pregnant, she just didn’t tell me yet . Then I went to work, and it turned out that not only Olga (who is from Balashikha), but also our other friend was pregnant. That is, can you imagine having lunch every day with two pregnant friends, and the closest ones at that (we studied together at the institute and then worked together), listening to conversations, mostly only about pregnancy, etc. Olga tried to communicate with me delicately, especially on topics of pregnancy, but Natasha was the opposite - she didn’t want to listen to anything about my problems, and every dinner we had was spent talking about pregnancy, her well-being, etc. Of course, I understand that it is difficult to support a person in such a situation as I was in, and she herself was pregnant, but it was very, very difficult for me.

I remember when I was preparing for pregnancy then, I bought a bunch of magazines, such as “9 months”, “My child”, and read them. After the hospital, I collected it all in a large bag and took it to the trash. I still don’t buy magazines or books about pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. I read what I need on the Internet as it comes in.

They never told me the reason. They said the autopsy would show, but it didn’t show anything, so she did tests. The tests were all good. After the freeze, my hormones returned to normal, including prolactin. And ovulation was still a rare visitor.

I could console myself with the fact that this is natural selection, defective embryos die, I will still have a healthy baby and very soon. They also told me: “Well done, you got pregnant after all.” By the way, the argument is fair. And at the same time, the doctor writes on the card: “Secondary infertility.” They write that to everyone. And I just proved that I’m not infertile.

We decided to take a little time out, so to speak, to let everything take its course, to live, to enjoy life. After the hospital, my husband and I had certain problems in our relationship, which, surprisingly, were resolved literally over the summer. But that is another story. In short, I had to somehow relax, learn to live after all this.

After the summer vacation, I began to look for some internal causes of my problems. I read a lot of psychological books. These were Louise Hay, Alexander Sviyash, Mikhail Litvak, Vladimir Levi and others. And I realized that my thoughts, my consciousness are the reason for what is happening to me. I remembered how I behaved, what I thought about before and during pregnancy. I was very worried, thought a lot about the bad, one might say, I was in a state of stress. Of course, there are medical reasons, but my inner mood may have contributed to the unfavorable outcome of events. I realized that I need to somehow change my life, otherwise everything will be the same as it was.

And indeed, gradually a lot has changed in my life. I became somehow more cheerful and freer, or something. One of my points was the constant worry about money in our family, worrying about its lack. Somehow I managed to overcome this, although I will tell you, it is not easy. We have an even warmer relationship with my husband. We bought a car, started driving it on weekends, and on vacation in the summer, and we had a lot of common interests.

Naturally, I won’t say that I gave up my dream. And, anyway, I cried into my pillow from time to time, especially, you know when - on the first day of my period.

But everything became somehow different, more conscious or something.

For a year after my death, I rarely went to the doctor. Firstly, she didn’t really want it, and secondly, she broke her leg and was on sick leave for a long time. True, I managed to harm myself. She told me that I needed to repeat taking clostilbegit, and while taking this drug, my cyst began to grow (instead of the promised ovulation, i.e. the follicle did not burst, but began to grow further). I had to treat her with antibiotics.

For another year I went to the same doctor, and everything was the same: measurements of basal temperature, ultrasound, which showed that the follicle was not bursting, a hormonal injection so that it would burst, but it still did not burst. And so on for a year. Nightmare.

Somewhere during that period, a friend recommended a homeopathic doctor she knew to me. I started going to see him. After taking homeopathy, my metabolism and overall health improved. I remember once I had bronchitis for a whole month, something impossible, I woke up from my cough, drank hot tea, fell asleep, coughed, woke up again. After visiting the homeopath, the bronchitis went away very quickly. In general, everything was treated, but pregnancy still did not occur.

In August 2006, after we arrived from vacation, we decided that I needed to find me another gynecologist, because maybe my doctor was good, but somehow nothing was working out with her, and a lot of time had already passed .

I didn’t know anyone with the same problems, so there was no one to advise doctors. And I began to scour the Internet. And I found several planning centers. Naturally, I already understood that I would have to pay money, and perhaps a lot. I don’t remember why I chose that particular doctor, but I think I really liked several reviews about her from people with diagnoses similar to mine. A friend says to me: “Are you sure that these were actually written by living people? Maybe it’s herself under a different name.” They probably do this, but for some reason I was sure that in this case it was not so.

I went there. It turned out to be a very good center. I liked the doctor too. She prescribed me a full examination, which included: blood for hormones, antibodies to infections, folliculometry (ultrasound for ovulation), examination of the patency of the fallopian tubes, all sorts of tests to find out the cause of the frozen (I can’t say for sure, I don’t remember, for some antibodies, it turns out , you can find out the reason after 2 years), examination of the husband - spermogram and MAP test, as well as compatibility tests. In short, we did all this gradually, because at that time there was not enough money for everything. In general, by the end of summer we had learned a lot of new things, but the main reason for infertility, anyway, was the onset of ovulation every other time or two.

Plus, we discovered poor compatibility. The doctor explained to me that my mucus produces antibodies against his sperm and does not allow them to pass further than the cervix. In this case, insemination must be done. But since our incompatibility was not one hundred percent, it was decided to do insemination and try to conceive naturally. All this had to be done while monitoring ovulation using ultrasound.

I still didn’t understand the reason for the death, but some antibodies were found in my blood that could be the reason. And so I took several droppers with immunoglobulin (honestly, I didn’t really understand, so I can’t say anything intelligible).

In the summer of 2007, I also went to a sanatorium in the Kaliningrad region, in the city of Svetlogorsk. There I was treated with mud. For those who don’t know, I’ll say that if you have any hormonal problems, infertility and there are no contraindications (you need to check with your doctor), then it’s very useful to go to some sanatorium where there is healing mud. They are in Crimea, near Odessa (I was there), in Svetlogorsk and other places. These mud procedures must be done, of course, with the permission of a doctor and always in the form of a procedure, and not go to the estuary yourself, for example, in Evpatoria, and smear yourself with mud. Many people become pregnant literally within a month after mud treatments.

In general, I came to Moscow with new strength. We did folliculometry and it turned out that my right ovary is working well, but the left one does not want to work, i.e., ovulation occurs every other time.

We did one insemination. To no avail. Then she did an ultrasound and injections of a homeopathic remedy that promotes ovulation. Ovulation occurred, but the left ovary was malfunctioning (not good).

There were tears again, frustration from the next onset of menstruation. But still, somehow it’s not the same as before. Some kind of dynamics was felt. I remember in the winter I came on the 15th day of my cycle for an ultrasound, and the doctor said: “You’ve already ovulated!” I’m shocked, my husband and I almost didn’t have sex this month, but it’s already gone. I usually ovulate on the 17th-18th day of my cycle.

In February, my husband went to an andrologist. And he told him that, like, he had a lot of defective sperm. And it is necessary to perform an operation on one testicle, since the doctor believes that one vein is compressing one testicle, and therefore these inferior sperm are produced. Although outwardly everything looks quite normal. We were completely stunned. What is this! Now this too!

We began to think about what to do, whether to go for surgery or not, whether to talk to another doctor.

I went to my doctor. She said that there is no need to do any surgery. He doesn't have that many of those bad sperm. And we already made it up in our heads. The main reason, he says, is that I don’t ovulate every cycle, but every other time. We will do insemination through the cycle and try and stimulate ovulation.

In March, as always, I went for folliculometry - and they told me: “No, nothing is bursting in you. There probably won’t be anything this month.” It was the left ovary that should have worked (which is such and such). The doctor told me that I need to do another ultrasound at the end of the cycle to find out if a cyst is growing from an unbursted follicle. At the ultrasound at the end of the month I was told that I had ovulated, after all, and everything was fine, I had a corpus luteum.

And then - a delay. I don’t understand anything: it turns me around, my head is spinning, my chest, without even touching it, feels like it hurts. I took a test a week later, probably - positive, and took another test - positive. A week later some brown discharge appeared. Well, I think menstruation is starting, not fate. But it doesn't start. I email the doctor, she answers me: urgently do an ultrasound.

I did an ultrasound and was 6 weeks pregnant. My husband and I were simply in seventh heaven. We don't even know when conception took place. They said: there will be nothing this month, so we didn’t try.

You know, many times I imagined when menstruation began that at least it wouldn’t be menstruation, but just a little drip and go away. And then the same thing happened.

Of course, I was worried about what kind of discharge this was. But at the ultrasound I was told that everything was fine and my doctor reassured me, saying that this happens when pregnancy does not occur for a long time and everything bad comes out of the uterus. (But of course this is not the case for everyone). After 2 weeks, this discharge, thank God, stopped.

Then there was another stressful moment. The doctor told me that I needed to do another ultrasound to find out if my heart was beating. Around 8 weeks this should already be visible. This ultrasound is prescribed for those who have already had miscarriages or early miscarriages, like me. In general, I prepared mentally for probably a week. Lord, how scary it was! I came, undressed, lay down on the couch, the doctor began to look, but I was afraid to look at the monitor. Then I look at her face, she smiles. So everything is fine. She also began to look at her: arms, legs, her heart was beating, but it was the size of a booger.

Moreover, the same doctor who looked at my baby on an ultrasound scan was the same one who said a month before that there would be no ovulation. That's how it happens. If anyone had told me, I wouldn’t have believed it.

I'm 20 weeks now. My baby is already moving. This is not to say that I am so confident in myself. I still have a lot to do. I’m also afraid of a lot of things, and my husband is afraid. But I try not to read, listen, or watch all sorts of horror films and tales from the crypt. I don’t like all sorts of sassy stuff, I’m not going to buy anything in advance, I try to talk about pregnancy and children in moderation, I read regular books, watch movies. I pray.

You know, communication with God also helped me a lot. I wouldn’t say for myself that I often go to church, keep fasts, etc. Noah I believe in God, I believe in love, I believe in life. Every evening I read a prayer and speak on my own behalf, so to speak, in my own words. I don't know if this is right, but I really like it.

Also, my husband and I love to travel, including to all sorts of holy places. Last spring we went to Diveevo. This monastery contains the relics of St. Seraphim of Sarov. The place is very beautiful, you can feel some kind of spirituality. And many go there to ask for offspring. We also asked for a child. Can you imagine, when we went there, we discussed what we would call the girl, but we couldn’t come up with a name for the boy, we couldn’t come to a common denominator. And we were driving back at night, I fell asleep in the car, and in my dream someone whispered to me: “Timofey.” So I only want to name the boy that.

I went to see Matryona at the Intercession Monastery. Also, somehow everything inside turns upside down when you approach the icon.

My mother and I went to Optina Pustyn. It's just wonderful there.

I also read somewhere that you need to order good things directly for yourself, to influence your subconscious. Every day, imagine small pictures of your future one after another (as you wish), for about 5 minutes a day. This really helps. Even if you feel really bad and sad, but you imagine these pictures, gradually it somehow takes root in your consciousness.

And the main thing is to BELIEVE! Girls, you are not infertile!!! Everything will be awesome!

Come to the sanatorium

Hormonal imbalance is treated at the Dubki sanatorium.
In case of serious disorders, taking medications is necessary, because otherwise you risk ultimately getting infertility or a serious cancer.
Consult a doctor
The same applies to pregnant women: lack of treatment and refusal to take medications, which is quite common among women during pregnancy, can result in spontaneous abortion. But for teenage girls, it would be better to avoid taking hormonal drugs and lean towards treatment with softer, gentler alternative means: homeopathy, psychotherapy and others.

It is also worth refusing to self-prescribe certain medications, since only a doctor can competently select the appropriate remedy for you, while an incorrectly selected drug may not only not cure, but also aggravate the existing problem. In the vast majority of cases, hormonal imbalance in women is treated quite successfully, despite the fact that the treatment process usually takes a long period of time.

When prescribing treatment, it is best to consult with your doctor about traveling to a sanatorium. The doctor can recommend to you which sanatorium is best to go to with your illness. We can offer you treatment at the Dubki sanatorium in Undory.
