The most important thing that helps make your waist thin is massage. Or rather self-massage. With both hands I rub and knead the waist with a wide variety of movements. I do this twice a day - in the morning immediately after waking up and in the evening before dinner. I spend about 10 minutes on a massage in the morning and 5 in the evening.

All the time during the day I wear a beautiful corset belt, which I gradually tighten. At the same time, it is important to note that I do not delay so much that it causes inconvenience! In this matter, it is important to have patience, thanks to which in 3 months I made my waist 7 centimeters thinner.

A common truth that everyone knows turned out to be important in my case. Almost complete refusal of bread. Now I allow myself to eat bread only on caviar sandwiches. At the same time, I don’t give up sweets and allow myself chocolate or cakes a couple of times a week.

That's all my principles. It’s hard to say what helps most to make your waist thin, but most likely it’s massage. I see many examples around where the gym and abdominal exercises do not help at all to make the waist thinner, but I managed to do it in three months.

Excess waist volume is fat deposits that are very difficult to burn with the help of a variety of exercises and exercise equipment, and self-massage can be directed to the places where there is the most fat, and day after day it will break down fat cells, and at the same time the waist size will decrease. You just need to do this every day, twice a day, and don’t stop after achieving results.
