  • Cheese 100 grams

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
  • Lettuce leaves 3 pieces
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons

1. We sort out the purchased shrimp (defrost if necessary). Pour water into the pan. As soon as it starts, add salt to it and throw in the shrimp. Cook for 5-6 minutes, but no more.

  3. The next layer will be the pickled onions. Finely chop the onion and pour boiling water over it. Leave for a couple of minutes, drain the water completely. Add a teaspoon of simple vinegar, wait a couple of minutes, drain the vinegar completely. Place the onion on the second floor on top of the chicken, then add the dressing;
  4. Three eggs on a coarse grater and place one floor above on the onion. Then lubricate with dressing;

How to prepare Caribbean salad

Cut the boiled chicken meat into small pieces. Cut the ham into small cubes. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for half an hour. Then drain the water.

In a salad bowl, combine chicken, ham, onions, canned pineapples, raisins, walnuts, bell peppers, mushrooms and mayonnaise. Mix everything well and serve the salad.

A delicate sauce with a natural taste and no flavorings, preservatives or other “delights” of the food industry - all these are the advantages of homemade mayonnaise. It is important to know! To make a thick, pleasant mayonnaise of uniform consistency, all ingredients used for its preparation must be at room temperature.

Note to the hostess

  • Additionally, croutons, vegetable figurines, sprigs of herbs, dried berries, citrus zest, grapes, olives, lemon slices, boiled egg slices are used as decorations;
  • Housewives recommend seasoning food with mayonnaise before serving and storing unseasoned preparations in a cool place;
  • A balcony is not the best place for storage, since in warm weather the dish can spoil, and in cold weather it can freeze to the point of ice;
