  2. Add eggs, dill and mix, add flour and starch one spoon at a time. The dough should be thick, like in the video.
  3. Pour some vegetable oil into the frying pan, heat it well and add our dough. Reduce the heat to low and spread the pancake with a spoon. Fry on both sides.
  4. Place the finished pancakes on kitchen towels to remove excess fat. You should have 4 pancakes. If they tear, add more flour.
  5. Mix mayonnaise with garlic and black pepper.
  6. Let the pancakes cool and assemble our cake, as shown in the video.
  7. Place the finished cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour.


New Year's sandwiches

Tuna sandwiches are a light, tasty snack.

You will need:

  • Tuna in its own juice 1 can.
  • Garlic 1 clove.
  • Lemon.
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.

How to cook:

  1. Open the can of tuna and pour out the fish. Transfer the contents of the jar to a plate and chop.
  2. Crush the peeled garlic with salt in a mortar and squeeze out a little lemon juice.
  3. Mix everything, add oil.
