Let's start with the meat. Wash the pork thoroughly and remove the veins and fat. Cut into small pieces and beat thoroughly. This is necessary so that the meat is well baked, soft and tender.

Let's start preparing the sauce. Mix sour cream and mustard, add spices to taste. Carefully coat the meat with sauce on each side. Let the meat rest a little. This way it will marinate well and become soft and aromatic.

We thoroughly wash the prunes, chop them finely, and do the same with the cheese.

Carefully cut the remaining oranges into thin slices. Don't forget to remove the seeds. We also cut peeled bananas into slices.

Place the swollen gelatin in a water bath and stir until it is completely dissolved. Let it cool.

At this time, take a deep bowl and line it completely with film to make it easier to remove the cake from it.
