  • 1-2 lemons
  • fresh basil (optional)
  • olive oil
  • salt pepper
  • parchment paper or foil (this recipe used parchment)

Time to prepare the dish: 10 minutes; Cooking time: 20 minutes.

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare 4 pieces of parchment paper (each piece should be 30-40 cm wide to completely cover 1 piece of fillet).

2. Cut the lemon into rings. For each piece of salmon fillet you will need 2 slices of lemon.
