Today there is not a person who does not like sweets. This can be marmalade, cakes, dried fruits and various pastries. The latter type is divided into pies, casseroles, and cookies. Probably the easiest and most affordable way to prepare cookies. To do this, just knead the dough, roll it out and cut it out with curly molds. Next, we present several recipes for delicious and healthy cookies without adding butter.

Recipe for making simple cookies without butter

Attention! You can increase or decrease the volumes at your discretion. I give the volumes, which made 2 servings for the breakfast of two adults.

  1. 1 cup flour, plus for sprinkling the table when rolling. Be sure to sift before adding to the dough. The cookies will be more fluffy and soft.
  2. 1/3 glass of water. Since we are making cookies without adding butter or margarine, liquid is needed to bind the ingredients. It is better to use boiled water to avoid harmful microorganisms. Some people prefer to use sour cream. It will add additional taste and the cookies will become more tender.
  3. 4 tbsp. sunflower oil. After adding, the dough will become elastic and will not stick to your hands. If you added sour cream instead of water, you can reduce the amount of oil.
  4. 1/3 cup sugar. For those who like sweeter cookies, increase the dosage. I prefer to use powdered sugar to finish before serving.
  5. There's a banana in the refrigerator. It was no longer suitable for consumption in its natural form, but just right for cookies. Don't throw away food.
  6. ½ tsp. salt. A pinch will not give the cookies a salty taste, but will add richness of flavor.
  7. ½ tsp. soda (can be replaced with purchased baking powder). Added to raise the dough. Soda should be quenched with vinegar. Try to use as little reagent as possible. To do this, pour baking soda into a cup and add a few drops of vinegar. Stir.

Mash the banana with a fork and add to the flour. Add sugar, salt, soda and water. First, mix the dough with a blender. Then place it on a surface sprinkled with flour and begin to knead well. If necessary, add more flour.

Turn on the oven. Temperature 180-200 degrees. Let it heat up while you work with the dough.

Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. It should become elastic and not stick to your hands or work surface. Divide into three parts and roll into a thin pancake. Thickness is approximately 3-5mm. We cut out the figures using your favorite cutters or a regular glass. I had a heart shape.

The oven should be completely hot by the time you cut out the cookies. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Lubricate the surface with butter or sunflower oil. Place cookies on a baking sheet. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

When doing this, use a brush to clean the peel. Grate the lemon on a fine grater. Chop the pistachios with a meat hammer. Add all ingredients to the dough. Mix.

According to the recipe, we will form a long sausage. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Lubricate the surface with butter or sunflower oil. We lay out our cookies.
