Preparation:

  1. First of all, start preparing the cakes. In a separate bowl, quench the baking soda with vinegar. In another bowl, mix margarine and sour cream until smooth. Beat the eggs in a blender. Add beaten eggs, flour, sugar, salt and slaked soda to the mixture. Knead into a homogeneous dough. It should be quite elastic. Leave for 30 minutes until the mass becomes softer and more pliable.
  2. While the dough is infusing, prepare the Napoleon cream. Add butter, sugar and flour to hot milk, stirring constantly. Cook the cream over low heat until thickened. While preparing the cream, do not forget to stir it all the time.
  3. When the dough is completely ready, divide it into 10 parts. Roll each part into a thin layer. Using a plate, cut out even circles from each piece. The circles of dough should match the diameter of the pan. To prevent the cakes from puffing up during frying, heat each circle with a fork in several places. It is more convenient to bake the cakes in a special pan for pancakes with a non-stick coating. Bake all 10 cakes in a frying pan and leave them to cool. Don't forget to fry the scraps left over from the dough - they will be needed for decoration.
  4. When the cakes have cooled, brush them one by one with cream, stacking them on top of each other and pressing lightly. Decorate the finished cake with grated chocolate and fried dough, then put it in the refrigerator overnight to soak.

For the cakes:

  • Flour – 300 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 250 g
  • Soda – 1 pinch
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Table vinegar 6 percent - 1 tsp.

For cream:

  • Cottage cheese – 0.7 kg
  • Granulated sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Egg yolk – 4 pcs.
  • Butter – 100 g

Preparation:

  1. Quench soda with vinegar. Mix butter with sugar and add slaked soda. Gently pour in the flour and knead the dough. Place it in the refrigerator for a while.
  2. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, butter and yolks. Mix everything thoroughly and cook for 3 minutes. Stir the curd cream constantly. Cool the finished product.
  3. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into 10 pieces. Roll out each piece, cut a circle out of it and fry in a frying pan without oil. Spread the cooled cakes with curd cream. Decorate the top of the cake with crushed nuts and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak. The finished curd cake is served with tea or coffee.

Preparation:
