Aromatic oils of bergamot, rosemary, cypress, geranium, neroli, limmet, hazelnut, citronella, as well as all citrus fruits, especially orange, are suitable. If this is your first procedure, make a classic mixture. Add 2 drops of cloves, lemon and orange to 10 grams of anti-cellulite complex. Tea tree oil for herpes

Herpetic lesions of the mucous membranes or skin indicate infection with a virus in the body, as well as a decrease in immune defense. Herpes has different localizations, but the clinical manifestations are practically the same. These include itching, redness and swelling of the area where the blisters will later be located. Further, as it progresses, rashes with serous filling appear, and after their opening, crusts form.

Tea tree oil for herpes helps in the initial stage, when only redness is observed, and in the presence of blisters. Basically, if a person has repeatedly encountered herpes, he knows the first symptoms. If you apply oil to the affected area at this stage, the herpes may not develop further and blisters may not appear.

Tea tree oil for herpes during the blistering period is also no less effective. After they appear, it is necessary to apply oil to the rashes, which will stop the spread of infection. After a few hours, some of the bubbles will either shrink or open, indicating that the resolution stage has begun.

You need to apply the oil several times throughout the day and at night. If everything is done correctly, then the next day only a small wound will remain from the rash, which will soon heal. If the oil is used every time a herpes rash occurs, then after a few years it will completely stop showing up.

The use of essential oils for stretch marks and their effectiveness

Essential oils for stretch marks are a wonderful and pleasant way to say goodbye to them. Stretch marks or stretch marks are a kind of scars or tears in the inner layer of the skin, expressed in unsightly stripes on its surface in white, red or purple. The appearance of stretch marks is primarily due to sudden weight gain or loss; hormonal imbalances or a decrease in the production of elastin in the skin, which is responsible for its elasticity and smoothness, can also be the cause.

Most often, pregnant women suffer from stretch marks, who suddenly gain weight while carrying a child - stretch marks appear mainly on the chest, abdomen, as well as on the hips and buttocks. Stretch marks are not dangerous to health, but they do not have an aesthetic appearance, making the skin flabby and depriving it of elasticity. There are a lot of means for their prevention (it is much easier to prevent the appearance of stretch marks than to remove them) and elimination - gels, creams, serums, as well as a number of cosmetic procedures, for example, laser peeling. The beneficial properties of essential oils for stretch marks are actively used in the fight against stretch marks.

But stretch marks are a difficult cosmetic problem to solve, so it takes time and patience. And, of course, the regularity of procedures. The easiest way is to use the oil that is included in antibacterial soap. Thus, daily care will help smooth out skin unevenness. It is necessary not only to wash your face, but to thoroughly rub the soap into the skin, and then rinse with cool water.

As you use the oil, scars and stretch marks will become pale and gradually disappear. Tea tree oil for scars is also used in a diluted form of a concentrated oil solution. However, if only a feeling of tightness appears, this means that the healing process has begun, so the product should be kept on the skin for up to half an hour and then washed off.

What are stretch marks?

In order to begin a confident fight against stretch marks, you need, firstly, to know what they are, and secondly, to clearly understand the reasons for their occurrence.

Stretch marks are a type of scar that occurs when the skin, under the influence of certain factors, stretches or contracts too much. Dramatic changes in skin condition cause tears in collagen and elastin, which maintain, as the name suggests, skin elasticity.

The causes of stretch marks can be completely different. It is important to understand that their occurrence is influenced by both mechanical and genetic factors. Stretch marks appear during pregnancy, puberty, too rapid weight loss or gain, or too much muscle growth from strength training. You can be genetically more or less predisposed to the appearance of stretch marks, this is influenced by surges of hormones and the natural amount of collagen in skin cells.

When stretch marks first appear, they are typically red, purple, pink, reddish brown, or dark brown, depending on the color and thickness of your skin. Early stretch marks may feel slightly swollen and in some cases may also be noticeably itchy. Over time, the color fades (as with most scars), leaving slightly noticeable streaks on the skin.

Tea tree oil for eczema

Eczema is characterized by an undulating course with increasing and decreasing intensity of clinical manifestations. In essence, this is a lesion of the layers of the skin of inflammatory origin. The causes of development can be various factors, so it will not be possible to act purposefully on the mechanism of action of the provoking cause.

Despite this, tea tree oil for eczema can help manage the symptoms of the disease. To combat eczema, it is recommended to lubricate the affected areas of the skin with a solution of 1 drop of tea tree and a few of any other essential oil. As a result, the skin will gradually restore its healthy structure.

In addition to the therapeutic direction, it is recommended to use tea tree oil for eczema for preventive purposes. People suffering from this pathology, in most cases, can prevent the development of a repeated exacerbation. In order to prevent a relapse, you should lubricate it a couple of times a day with a cream into which you need to drop a drop of oil.

Tea tree oil for skin is used as a component of baths. To prepare it, you need to add up to 10 drops of oil to warm water. The duration of the procedure varies within 20 minutes. After taking a bath, the skin will become soft, elastic and pleasant to the touch.

Infrared therapy

How to get rid of stretch marks

The use of infrared radiation also shows itself to be quite effective in the fight against stretch marks. This method could be classified as therapeutic, but there are devices that allow you to use infrared light at home, without the need to visit a cosmetologist.

In infrared therapy, light penetrates the skin, stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, and improves blood supply to skin tissue by accelerating the blood flow of small capillaries. They mainly supply the skin cells with oxygen, which increases its regenerative abilities. Infrared radiation not only gets rid of stretch marks, but also helps treat acne, wrinkles and minor burns. There are many approved and extensively tested devices on the market that allow this type of therapy to be administered at home.

Infrared radiation allows you to avoid any exposure to chemicals if you are too allergic for example, and is completely painless. To apply special lamps, first clean the area of stretch marks, then place the light panel at a distance of 10-15 centimeters from the treatment area. Wear the safety glasses that usually come with the lamp if the stretch marks are in the upper torso. Treat one area of skin for about 5 minutes. After this, apply moisturizer or stretch mark cream. It is best to carry out this procedure 4-5 times a week.
