It is advisable to do all these activities a few hours before preparing the sorbet ice cream, and best of all in the evening.

We will form the ice cream in layers. The first layer is strawberry. Wash the frozen strawberries in ice water and put them in a blender along with one fresh banana (peeled, of course :-)). Grind everything to a homogeneous strawberry-banana mass. Place the aromatic pink puree into transparent glasses and place in the freezer for a short time.
