I started thinking about caring for the skin around my eyes when I was 24 years old. Even then, I began to look for all sorts of ways to prevent the first wrinkles around the eyes. And I succeeded. Now I’m almost 30, and there were no obvious so-called “crow’s feet”.
So I decided to share my experience with you. My tips will help not only prevent, reduce, but also partially remove wrinkles around the eyes.
How to prevent the first wrinkles around the eyes.
1. Try to squint less. Relax your eyelids as much as possible when applying makeup. Make sure the lighting is comfortable for you. In sunny weather, it is better to wear sunglasses, as your eyes will squint from the sun.
2.. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits every day. Regular consumption of foods such as spinach leaves, carrots, and broccoli will help you fight wrinkles around the eyes. Prunes, cranberries, blueberries, parsley, apples, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries will be very useful. And in general, all fresh vegetables and fruits are rich in nutrients and vitamins that are simply necessary for our skin.
3.. Stress and negative emotions also have an adverse effect on our skin. After all, when we are stressed, we do not think about proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. The ideal sleeping position is also on your back. You can, of course, sleep on your side, but not on your stomach.
5. Drink 6-8 glasses of clean water a day. After all, the skin simply needs hydration from the inside. Also try to consume the bulk of water throughout the day, and limit drinking at night to avoid morning swelling of the eyes. And remember that coffee and strong tea are the enemy of female beauty. So don't overuse it.
6. Be sure to remove eye makeup before going to bed. For example, I use olive or castor oil for this (you can dilute the oil with water in a 1:1 combination). You need to remove makeup carefully in a clockwise direction from top to bottom, without stretching the skin of your eyes.
7. Apply cream or oil to the area around the eyes every night. I also use castor and olive oil for this purpose.
8. The number one enemy of the appearance of the first wrinkles around the eyes is smoking, followed by alcohol. So if you want to look younger, get rid of these bad habits.
9. Move regularly and do exercise. They effectively affect the functioning of all blood vessels in the skin and promote the production of collagen, which slows down the aging process.
10. Every morning, wipe the area around your eyes with a piece of ice along the massage lines. If desired, you can prepare cosmetic ice from an infusion of calendula, chamomile or mint.
