Some would call it esotericism, but I call it “the path to yourself.” All this was necessary to find the reasons for the failures that were abundant in my youth, and the fears that prevented me from moving forward.

“It’s important not to accumulate resentment.” Therefore, it is better to immediately tell your loved one what does not suit you. Unfortunately, this is a common story. Someone advanced, more psychologically healthy, is able to avoid such a situation, but, alas, there are few “advanced” people.

- What about adultery?

- You know, I have a philosophical attitude towards this. As, indeed, with any other life situation. Which, by the way, I really like about myself. I always try to understand a person, no matter what incredible thing he has done. If you approach such problems not from the position of ego and wounded pride, but from the position of love, then you will be able to understand the other side, and as a result, forgive and accept. Personally, I will never cut from the shoulder.

— Did your internal changes coincide with your fantastic weight loss? After all, you claim that you didn’t do anything specifically to lose weight, but simply stopped loving the food that is harmful to you...

- This is true. But first I became myself. I began to learn from nature. I realized that I have so many reasons to be proud! And all day long I spend my days tormenting myself for what, in essence, is a consequence of my lack of love and disrespect for myself - for extra pounds. Because a woman who doesn't love herself cannot be truly happy, no matter what she looks like. It seems to us that everything starts with external changes. In fact, from the internal ones. If I love myself, I take care of myself.


Training: pleasure for body and soul

I don’t run to reshape my face because I don’t like it, but I enjoy the face that I received from nature. From this comes a strong individuality. All the legendary women, among whom there are almost no beauties, were convinced that they were beautiful just the way they were.
