  1. Wash the shelled shrimp while the frying pan is heated on the stove. While the water is draining from the seafood, vegetable oil is poured into a hot frying pan. Then lay out the seafood and fry it thoroughly;
  2. Green onions are washed and cut into wide rings;
  3. Add salt and seasonings to the contents of the frying pan (depend on your taste), add chicken broth, cooked in advance;

How to fry shrimp in soy sauce

Shrimp in soy sauce with garlic and ginger

Ingredients:

  • shrimp (you can take any) – 500 gr.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • ginger – 1.5 cm root;
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • soy sauce – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • mixture of peppers - to taste.

Preparation:

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and put chopped garlic and fresh ginger in it for 1-2 minutes. It is important not to overcook the garlic: as soon as it begins to brown, remove it and the ginger from the oil with a slotted spoon.
  • Add shrimp and soy sauce. Fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the shrimp, place on a plate, pour over lemon juice and sprinkle with a mixture of peppers from the mill.

It is advisable that the shrimp do not contain water. If using a frozen product, rinse it, allow the water to drain thoroughly, and dry the shrimp with a towel. The most correct way to defrost is step by step (first in the refrigerator, then at room temperature).

Seafood recipe with sesame and tomatoes

To prepare seafood with the addition of soy sauce, tomatoes and sesame seeds, you need:

  • shrimp meat - 300 g;
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs, can be taken with sourness;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • sesame seeds;
  • oil;
  • green onion stalk.

  • Fresh frozen shrimp – 1 kilogram;
  • Butter – 100 grams;
  • Garlic cloves – 3-4 pieces;
  • Heavy cream – 200 ml;
  • Dill – 3-4 sprigs;
  • Salt and ground black pepper.
  1. The seafood needs to be thawed and the head removed. All meat must remain in the shell;
  2. Place butter in a deep frying pan, place on the stove and heat;
  3. As soon as the butter melts, place the crustaceans on it and fry on all sides for 5-7 minutes;

It is best to use fresh shrimp for this dish, but frozen will work. So, first we clean and wash the shrimp. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan with high sides. Peel the ginger root and garlic and chop it very finely, fry for a couple of minutes.

Place the shrimp in the pan and fry until reddened, stirring occasionally. Add soy sauce and simmer for three minutes. Transfer the prepared shrimp to a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.

Shrimp marinated in soy sauce

Here is a slightly different option for preparing shrimp appetizers with soy sauce: in this case, before cooking, they are marinated in a mixture of soy sauce and spices. To prepare this dish we will take:

  • peeled shrimp - 500 g
  • dry white wine – 30-50 ml
  • soy sauce - 5 tbsp. l.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • grated ginger root - 1 tbsp. l.
  • starch - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • lemon juice, cilantro, chili pepper, salt - to taste

Mix soy sauce, chopped garlic (2 cloves), ginger and finely chopped cilantro. Marinate the shrimp in this mixture for about a quarter of an hour. Heat the olive oil, fry the remaining garlic (pre-finely chopped) and chili pepper in it. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and fry for three minutes along with the garlic and pepper.

Place the shrimp on a plate. Pour the marinade into the pan, add lemon juice and salt, and bring to a boil. There is no need to add a lot of salt, since soy sauce is salty in itself. Dissolve starch in wine and pour into boiling sauce. Add shrimp to the sauce and cook for about a minute. Before serving, sprinkle the shrimp in the sauce with finely chopped cilantro.

Shrimp in soy sauce with rosemary

If you don't really like fried foods, you can bake shrimp in soy sauce with rosemary. For this we need the following products:

  • raw or frozen peeled shrimp - 500 g
  • soy sauce - 50 ml
  • olive oil – 50 ml
  • green butter (butter with herbs) - 50 g
  • dry rosemary - 1-2 tsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Defrost the shrimp and place in a baking dish. Pour in a mixture of soy sauce and olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, and stir. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. After this time, sprinkle the shrimp with rosemary and put pieces of butter with herbs in the bowl with the shrimp. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. This dish is best served with a fresh baguette.

Boiled shrimp in soy sauce

You don’t have to cook the shrimp in the sauce, but simply serve it separately with the boiled shrimp. This is a simple and quick snack - ideal if you have unexpected guests. For this we will need:

  • 800 g large shrimp
  • 200 g lettuce
  • salt, peppercorns, herbs - to taste

For the sauce

  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 100 ml wine vinegar
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 40 g ginger root
  • 20 g garlic

Boil the shrimp in boiling salted water for five minutes. If desired, for a better aroma, you can add peppercorns and other spices, as well as herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro) to the water. We sort out the lettuce leaves, wash them, dry them carefully with a paper towel and cut them into large strips.

Pour soy sauce, wine vinegar and vegetable oil into a blender, add chopped ginger root and garlic. Turn on the blender and grind everything into a homogeneous mass. Place lettuce leaves on a dish and boiled shrimp on them. The shrimp can be topped with sauce or served separately.
