Wash and dry the wings, cut them into three parts, remove the outermost phalanx, on which there is practically no meat.
Advice! There is no need to throw away the cut pieces of wings; they can be added when cooking the chicken broth.
Preparing the breading. To do this, pour starch into a bowl, add salt, sweet paprika and ground red pepper. Mix well. Dip chicken wings in the prepared mixture.
