- Soy sauce - 5 tbsp. l.
- Garlic - 3 cloves

- Ketchup - 2 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
Step 1. First, prepare the marinade. Pour soy sauce into a small container. Peel the garlic, wash it and pass it through a press. Place in a bowl with soy sauce. Add granulated sugar. Add mustard and ketchup. Add vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2. Wash the pork ribs, dry them with paper towels to remove excess moisture, and cut them into portions. Place all parts in a deep bowl.
Step 3. Pour the marinade into the meat. Mix everything. Grease each piece with sauce on all sides. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
If you have time, you can marinate the meat longer, 6-8 hours. For example, all night.
Step 4. After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the refrigerator and place them in a baking bag. We secure the package tightly. Place the filled sleeve on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
Step 5. After 40 minutes, take out the bag of ribs. They're almost ready. We tear the sleeve and place the pieces of meat on a baking sheet and pour in the juice released during simmering in the oven.
Step 6. Pour a small amount of soy sauce into the remaining marinade. Mix everything. If there is no marinade left, pour soy sauce into a small bowl.
Step 7. Using a silicone brush, grease each piece with the resulting mixture or soy sauce. Place the baking sheet in the oven. Increase the temperature to 200°C. Bake for another 25 minutes.
Remove the finished ribs from the oven. Transfer them to a plate. Decorate with herbs and lettuce leaves. And we serve it to the table.

First, place the ceramic bowl with honey, ketchup and soy sauce in the microwave. This will allow the marinade ingredients to mix better. Sprinkle the pieces with dried ginger and pour over the cooled marinade. Stir and leave overnight in a cool place. Cover the dish with meat with cling film.
