Woman's happiness

What is women's happiness? Eternal question! We invite you to a conversation on this topic of concern to many.

We collected questions that concern many women and asked them to Rami Black, our regular author and a person who has extensive knowledge in the field of alternative psychology and ancient Indian astrology. What do you think about this? Let's discuss! You can send your personal comments by email and we will definitely pass them on to Rami.

Question. How are women's health and mood related to lunar cycles?

Answer. There are two main forces in this world - yin and yang, masculine and feminine. Planets with a pronounced feminine nature are the Moon and Venus. And all women are connected to them. For example, the female cycle lasts about the same time as the lunar month. In short, the main rules are as follows. During the full moon, the emotional plane intensifies, and at this time women react much more strongly to what is happening. We need to take this into account. Secondly, during the new moon, a woman’s body is most weakened, strength and energy are practically zero. During this time, it is better not to plan anything that requires a lot of effort, especially physical. The new moon and full moon are not very favorable times for starting new things. Another general rule: on the waxing Moon you need to start business and carry out things related to acquisition. The ideal time for this is from the first to 14 lunar days, especially the fifth and tenth. And on the waning Moon, you need to finish things and carry out everything related to removal. For example, if you want to get rid of a pimple on your face, you need to do this during the waning moon. It is best to use the lunar calendar, which helps to calculate the most favorable time to start and carry out various activities. It is useful for women to let out emotions periodically. Men, as a rule, need to control themselves, and a woman is a pure emotion, she is unpredictable by nature. And one of the secrets of long family relationships is for the woman to remain a mystery to the man. If she is easily predictable, the man will be bored. Women can sometimes cry, because they live mainly by feelings and get rid of unnecessary emotions with tears. However, you don’t have to cry at all for this. You can watch comedies or read books that touch your soul. A wise man at least gives a woman the opportunity to speak out. If she feels like you don't understand or value her feelings, that's a serious blow. But if a man asks her every day how she is doing and listens to her, she will idolize such a husband. One of the rules for a long and happy marriage: a man needs to just talk to his wife for 15-30 minutes a day, listen to her and be interested in her affairs. If at the same time he also shows that her feelings are important to him, this makes the woman happy.

Question. Why are women now so often unable to bear and give birth to a healthy child?

Answer. Because our entire civilization now lives inharmoniously. About 60% of women in Europe experience serious problems with having children, not to mention the fact that many women cannot give birth to more than one child. Of course, ecology, lifestyle, and nutrition play an important role. But the culture itself prevents women from having children. Early sex is one of the main energetic reasons that may prevent a woman from having children in the future. And abortions - in Russia millions of babies are killed, after which the woman’s karma worsens. You need to understand that an abortion can affect not only the woman herself, but also her future children. According to the laws of karma, having an abortion is about the same as killing your child who is playing in the sandbox, simply because you don’t have money now or you want to continue studying. Those who have had abortions or encouraged others to do so must go through a process of sincere repentance. Ask for forgiveness from that soul who was not allowed to be born, make a large donation. And never blame yourself after that, accept it as a mistake. And most importantly, the spirit of consumption and selfishness makes our civilization sterile. Russia is increasingly accepting the Western way of life, where money and pleasure are most important. And nature turns off the reproductive function: if you don’t need children, if subconsciously you don’t want them, you won’t have them. We started with the fact that there are two main energies - male and female. So, the father represents the masculine principle, and the mother represents the feminine. If a person treats his father with disrespect, the beneficial influence of masculinity is blocked from him, which brings certain illnesses and troubles. A woman with a closed masculine principle cannot have a happy family life. And if, due to an abusive attitude towards the mother, the feminine principle is closed, this also brings problems with childbearing. The easiest way to check that you have more closures is to see which side of your body you have more disease on. If there are more sores and ailments on the left side of the body, then the feminine principle is closed; if on the right side of the body, then the masculine principle is closed. That is why all religions teach to honor father and mother. Have you ever wondered why Eastern peoples most often have no problems having children? Because in the East ancient traditions are still preserved and respect for parents is cultivated. In addition, in the East, women's honor is protected. But if a woman is not picky in relationships, this breaks through her energetic shell. I know that such views are not popular now, but, from the point of view of Eastern psychology, everything is exactly like that. A certain sexual culture of a woman minimizes the problem. In addition, in the East they love children. In the West now everything is different: women are trying to achieve success in their careers, and when they are going to give birth at 35–40 years old, problems often arise.

Question. Why are there so few real men around that you can rely on?

Answer. Because there are only men around you whom you raise, dear women! Women are trying to achieve equal rights, some even pay for themselves when they come to a restaurant with a man. And now it turns out that equality is not always good. Boys need to be taught from childhood that a girl is a flower and must be protected. And girls need to be explained how to behave with a man: treat him with respect, believe in him, give him the feeling that he is in charge. It is very important for a man to feel like a leader, why not play along with him? If a woman believes in a man and shows him this, then over time his subtle body changes. In a year or two he will become stronger and more confident. Behind every great man there is an equally great woman. If a woman behaves with a man on equal terms, there will be no harmony. But when she constantly makes a man feel that he is strong, his energy changes. I've seen many examples of this. When a man lives with a woman, he develops a certain pattern of behavior; if he lives with another woman, this pattern changes. A man’s behavior is 80% determined by a woman’s internal state! A wise woman asks a man to help her: after all, he is strong, and she is weak. She does not impose her opinion on him, but asks: “What do you think?” She teaches children that they need to show respect to dad. Let a man think that the decision is always his. He really needs it. And if a woman works equally with a man and wants to decide everything herself, she suppresses him, wittingly or unwittingly, and this is unacceptable for him even on an energetic level. I'm not saying that there should be some kind of subordination or suppression of will in the family. Just behave respectfully: don’t call the man Tolyan, call him Anatoly. A man must protect a woman, take care of her, buy her gifts. Give him this opportunity.

Question. Modern women often cannot arrange their personal lives. Smart, beautiful, housewives, but they can’t start a family. Why?

Answer. One day a very impressive woman came to my training; she was about thirty years old, but her personal life was not going well. I asked the men who were at the training: “Is she beautiful?” Everyone answered: “Yes, very much.” She is very talented, smart, began to read amazing poems that she wrote herself... But nevertheless, nothing works out for her with men. No one can live with her for long. Why? Because she has a strong inner pride. In the poems that she read, there was even a line: “Follow me, my love...” And it is important for a man to feel that it is a woman who is following him. The wisdom of a woman is to very gently show a man that he is in charge. Men energetically cannot tolerate stronger women, this is nature. And there are many beautiful, talented women who are hindered by pride or rigidity. Another reason for an unsettled personal life may be disrespect for the father, unforgiveness of the first love, or unforgiveness of the first husband. A flexible woman who knows how to create a space of love will not be lonely.

Question. Is a woman’s external attractiveness really not important at all?

Answer. Of course, it is important, because a woman’s external beauty is also an indicator of good karma. But when talking about beauty, I don’t mean the correct facial features or body proportions, but also the energy plan - a healthy complexion, sparkling eyes, positive energy. Imagine a beauty who has a very aggressive and envious expression on her face. Would you say she is attractive? On the other hand, imagine an ordinary girl, full of love and peace, who knows how to accept herself as she is, who knows how to give, and who has a sense of humor. Can you assume that such a wife will not find a good husband? In order for a woman to truly look good, three elements are necessary: proper sleep, proper nutrition and a harmonious personal life. If a man can get up early and run to work, then a woman needs to get enough sleep. The amount of sleep is very individual; some people need more rest, others less. But in principle, it is not recommended to sleep more than 9 hours, it takes away subtle energy. It's better to rest a little more during the day. Another wish: a woman needs to go to bed around 10 o’clock in the evening, because the nervous system rests only from 10 to half past one in the morning. If you go to bed at 2 am, the nervous system does not recover. You also need to pay attention to proper nutrition. Eastern medicine does not recommend that women eat meat, at least poultry and game, and not beef, pork or lamb. The psychological mood while eating is also important for a woman: you are angry or discussing something unpleasant, the subconscious is programmed to be negative. In conclusion, I want to congratulate you, dear women, on March 8th. Thank you for being! Be happy, healthy, sincere and beautiful in all respects! Let your children only make you happy, and your personal life be a source of bliss.

Leaving your usual life, a stable job and social connections in order to travel in search of your true purpose is a decision that requires courage and spontaneity, and not everyone decides to take such a step. We decided to figure out how much such an experience can change the usual life, and we collected several stories about women who radically changed their life's work thanks to travel.

Elin Brown, 33 years old

MTV ADVERTISING MANAGER - FREELANCED MAKEUP ARTIST IN BRAZIL

After my father's death, I found myself at a crossroads in my own life. I always thought that as soon as I found a great job and bought an apartment, my life would immediately improve, and now, when all this was done, I realized that I had not experienced anything truly exciting in my years. After going on a short trip, I finally decided to end the corporate world of advertising.

I always wanted to live in another country, with a hot climate and exotic, I have also always been interested in the beauty industry and cosmetics. That's how I decided to combine my two dreams and build a new career away from home. When a friend of mine asked me to help her with her makeup, I used this opportunity to take the first step towards my dream of becoming a freelance makeup artist in Rio.

Today I have been living in Rio for five years! I never thought of it as something unattainable, just as I didn’t put any pressure on myself either emotionally or physically. I just accepted everything as it came and took every opportunity that came my way.

My work is very diverse: I can do makeup for a fashion magazine, for a party, or work with personal orders. I was lucky enough to work with affiliates of magazines such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and GQ, as well as attend Brazilian Fashion Week and meet designers, celebrities and other socialites.

But my job turned out to be much more physically demanding than I could have imagined. It happened that I spent the whole day on my feet and in extreme heat. But nevertheless, I got used to the fact that here in Rio everything is different. Portuguese is a rather difficult language, and it was imperative for me to speak it fluently. Thanks to my perseverance, I won the respect of my colleagues, and life became much more interesting.

My previous job was focused on money, but now I live life to the fullest. Now I understand that the office is not for me. I became more open, relaxed and kind when I moved to Rio. In addition, in Brazil there are much more opportunities to relax the way I like: waking up in the morning and lying on the beach, for example, or wearing summer clothes to a party.

Having returned to my native London, I realized that in terms of my career I would have to work harder, because the competition is much higher, but I know for sure that now I will approach everything differently. Now I do everything the Brazilian way.

Christy Hofet, 27 years old

HEALTH JOURNALIST - CYCLIST

My job has always seemed boring to me due to the lack of daily challenges and obstacles, and the dream of becoming a professional cyclist has been pursuing me for a long time. I had neither a husband nor children, so nothing kept me in my homeland. One day I was faced with what I call a “now or never” moment.

After reading the book about the cyclist, I realized that my happiness and mental health were much more important than work and money, especially since my job did not fulfill me at all. I quit my job a week before my 27th birthday and decided to go on a 4,000 mile bike ride around the UK. So I wanted to challenge myself, both physically and emotionally, and see in what direction I generally wanted to go in life.

My journey has seen me become editor-in-chief of totalwomenscycling.com - the UK's first website for women cyclists. Thus, my main passion became my main job. People told me I might hate my job, and I was afraid they might be right, but I didn't stop. And today I live, eat and breathe cycling.

I'm surrounded by people who have the same passion for their work as I do, and I believe I've made a difference in women's cycling.

After this big decision, I got married and moved with my husband to the Costwolds to start a family life. I currently work for an online store for women who are into cycling, specializing in sportswear. Thanks to the nature of my job, I can work from home, which allowed me to have a child and devote more time to my family.

My only regret is that I didn't always have the courage to follow my dreams. I studied law at university, hated it, and soon realized that you don't need a degree to be successful.

I have never had such a feeling in the morning when you wake up and realize: you are glad that you have to go to work.

Sarah Jane Griff, 32

TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY TEACHER – SAFARI PARK MANAGER

I once volunteered in Zimbabwe, and that's when I fell in love with teaching. I also met my husband there, who was and remains an experienced tour guide at one of the local safari parks.

After I returned from Zimbabwe, I got a job as a teacher, but after a few years I realized that this work was wearing me out. After our wedding, my husband and I went to Zambia for our honeymoon. It was there that we made the spontaneous decision to return to Africa while we were still young, to live and work together in the wilderness there. For this, we sacrificed stability and gainful employment.

Of course, the difference in lifestyle was very noticeable. We lived in a tent all year round, far from civilization. It was a five-hour drive to the nearest town, there was no electricity - just a satellite phone for emergency calls, and the water had to be filtered through a ceramic candle holder. Our team of 15 people woke up at sunrise and went to bed by the light of paraffin lamps, not to mention the fact that we had to swim in unfiltered river water.

We worked the whole season without days off. In gratitude for our efforts, we were given the opportunity to live in an amazing area surrounded by nature, without the fear of getting hit by a bus or the 300-pound hippopotamus that lives by the river not far from us.

I went from a boring job at school to wild and exotic animals, food cooked over a fire, and a lot of interesting people who are attentive to nature. I raised a zebra: she was only two days old when she came to me, and now she is completely grown up, now she even has her own offspring. This is the most significant thing I have ever done in my life.

Returning to the UK, I realized that I needed to do everything possible to experience this life to the fullest.

Rachel Chadwick, 29

COORDINATOR AT OIL COMPANY - WRITER

After the sudden death of my mother, I decided to write a creative tribute called “60 Postcards”, which included postcards from different parts of Paris, where I hand-wrote words of memory. This is how I tried to cope with my grief. I also wrote about my trip to Paris on my personal blog, which attracted the attention of a huge number of readers, to my surprise, and I was asked to write a book.

Soon after, I took six months off from work to start writing my own book, and then decided not to return at all. My mother's death made me think that life is very short, so I decided that I needed to chase my dreams and start now.

I knew that I was out of place in my company and that I should be doing something more creative, but like many others, I continued to work hard and did not know how to make this important change. The offer to write a book gave me a strong impetus, and now I am working on several projects at once: blogs, a website and social enterprises.

The career change forced me to pay attention to a variety of opportunities and strive to gain new experiences, be spontaneous and decisive. Previously, I felt like a hostage to the office routine, but now I am free.

If someone asked me whether it is worth deciding to make such life changes, I would answer that you should not hesitate for a minute. Just trust your instincts, listen to yourself, and you will succeed.

Kelly Brooks, 29

BANKER - YOGA INSTRUCTOR

I was 29 years old when I decided to quit my boring job at a bank and start doing yoga. At first, I went to the gym just to cope with the stress of work, but I soon realized that it was more than just a hobby for me.

Due to constant stress at work and dissatisfaction, I started drinking. This was the only way I could forget and relax. It was through my daily yoga practice that I was able to give up alcohol to stay sober while meditating.

It was at this moment that I realized that I did not like my job at all, and that the prospect of career growth in this field was not interesting to me. I found yoga instructor courses and soon began teaching myself. It changed me because I started living a completely new lifestyle. I was making progress in understanding yoga, my mentor supported me, and the process itself brought so much pleasure and inspiration that I could not stop.

I know that I chose the right path by doing yoga, because it is here that I understand the value of all that I do for others. In order to continue to develop in this area, I went to India, where I became a freelancer. I gave up my job and stable income in order to travel and teach Yoga, I wanted this to become my full-time job.

After returning from India, I couldn’t even afford to pay the rent for an apartment, so I lived with friends for some time until I found a new job. I continued my yoga classes, deciding that I never wanted to go back to the office routine. Today, yoga no longer feels like work to me. Now this is a real passion, which also brings me money. I was recently in Bulgaria, filming video lessons in Dalaman, where I conducted my own yoga master classes, and also worked in London, in a gym with corporate and private clients.

I used to drink because I was trying to escape stress, but now I hardly worry about anything. In addition, I am surrounded by many positive people, and I myself am becoming more and more open and cheerful.

Where does women's happiness live?

It is difficult to answer unequivocally, because for each person, regardless of occupation, education, status, religion and skin color, the concept of happiness is different.

What is the highest degree of joy for one is absolutely indifferent for another. What makes some people euphoric may not have any effect on others. But one thing is for sure: all people on earth - both men and women - have experienced the feeling of the flight of the soul more than once.

What is women's happiness?

Some people mistakenly think that for a woman, happiness lies in three things: husband and family, children, self-realization. But everything looks a little different than it seems at first glance.

In general, the idea of happiness is directly related to age. For a small child, happiness is his mother. Soon, the child’s happiness lies in toys that are of particular interest at that time. Later, the child’s attention is attracted to books and communication with classmates, which subsequently displaces even communication with the mother.

Then again the concept of happiness for the individual changes; it begins to be associated with a diploma, career, and independence. Over time, happiness transforms into more and more new forms.

The time comes - and happiness is seen in the face of the other half and children. Everything would be fine, but do women feel happy if they have a husband, children, or a job? Unfortunately, not all and not always.

What are women missing?

A strange paradox is observed in modern society: a woman is not burdened with the enormous difficulties of everyday life, as she once was, modern women have the same rights as men, they are not oppressed, compared to women of the past. In fact, in today's society, women have achieved everything that women of past centuries dreamed of.

However, the modern woman continues to feel dissatisfaction, dissatisfaction, insecurity and self-doubt. The fact is that all three components (husband, children, work) entail responsibility, problems, and often a lot of grief. Then is this exactly what happiness is? It turns out that happiness is not connected with the benefits surrounding a woman. A woman needs something more.

When can we observe a happy woman?

In most cases, the woman is happy, her eyes glow from within in those moments when her innermost dreams come true. Dream fulfillment is the moment when inner thoughts and energy come into unison. A dream come true is the embodiment of happiness.

It turns out that everything that surrounds a woman is the components of her world, which, of course, cause her joy, but true happiness is something different from external goods.

Happiness is a state of harmony between a person and the outside world. Happiness is a state to which you need to be able to tune in.

After all, negativity can be found in everything, this process is quite simple. But not everyone tries to find the positive; it is a difficult task. This requires desire and skill.

Happiness is the ability to enjoy here and now from what you see, have, feel. Women's happiness lives inside the woman herself.

This means that every woman has to choose for herself whether to be happy or remain unhappy.

Women's happiness (SI)

The Aktanian kingdom spreads widely. From the spurs of the Taren Mountains in the east, to the water surface of the Arais Sea in the west. The Actanians live calmly and freely under the protection of the ancient blessing of the demiurges. Many centuries have passed since the direct descendants of the creators founded the first kingdom on Tarius, calling it Akatanissa, which translated from the original means “Blessing”. Years passed. The memory of the demiurges disappeared, the original name of the kingdom sank into the past, but the magic remaining in the blood of the Actanian monarchs, and the magical protection - the blessing of the first founders - fencing the borders of the country, still protected the freedom-loving and cheerful inhabitants of the original land from outside encroachments.

Life in the counties and duchies of the southern state flows peacefully and measuredly: from the Harvest Festival to the Midwinter Festival - Radovan, and from Radovan to the Summer Equinox.

Riyas County is one of those located on the far outskirts of Aktania. A long twenty days' journey separates him from Tanassa, the capital of the Actanian lands.

And it is in this county that our story begins.

- Lady Alissia, where are you? - echoed throughout the garden.

Lisa sighed barely audibly: “Again... When will they leave me alone?”

For the past six months, she has been continuously kept under surveillance. As soon as you went into the garden or locked yourself in a room, the voice of one of the servants was immediately heard, looking for their mistress. Constant tension cost Lisa dearly. Don’t say anything unnecessary, don’t give yourself away with a gesture or movement, don’t inadvertently drop words that are not accepted in this society...

The girl took the myronia branch away from her face and quietly left the gazebo.

- Oh, my lady, I finally found you! — the short, plump maid curtsied. “Lord Edmure told me to tell you that he is waiting for you in his office.”

Lisa thanked the maid with a nod and walked towards the house, wondering as she walked why her daddy needed her. Having passed the main staircase and the spacious hall, the girl found herself in a narrow corridor, on both sides of which there were numerous doors. Pushing one of them, Lisa entered the office. In a dark room filled with furniture, she found not only her father, Count Edmure Ter-Riyas, but also some unfamiliar man looking through papers. The stranger took his eyes off the documents and glanced briefly at the girl. The look of dark gray eyes was calm and attentive, a strong-willed, courageous face, with a slightly predatory profile, attracted attention with its unusualness and strange beauty. Lisa had a vague feeling that she had already met this man. The man bowed slightly, and Count Ter-Riyas introduced him to his daughter:

“Alyssia, this is Mr. Tremel, the representative of your fiancé,” Lord Edmure cleared his throat and continued, “he and I just signed the marriage documents.” According to the signed agreement, you become the wife of Lord Ramion Ash - Chassis, Duke of North. You have half a day to get ready - tomorrow you go to your husband. The final part of the ceremony will be held in the duke’s castle chapel,” the count said all this dryly, without emotion, without looking at his daughter.

“We agreed, as if we were selling a mare,” Lisa mentally grinned.

“Father...” she didn’t have time to finish.

“I’ve already said everything that needs to be said, there’s nothing more to discuss,” Lord Edmure looked sternly at the girl.

Lisa bowed her head slightly and left the office. It was useless to argue, this became clear from her father’s tone - over the past six months, Lisa had managed to study the count’s character and understood that it was almost impossible to get an explanation or try to change the situation.

Well, you'll have to find out the details from the servants. No matter how much Lisa hated such an activity, the servants always knew everything that was happening around, so it was worth giving up her pride and turning to Lucinda.

This turned out to be the right decision - within an hour, the girl knew everything that was known about the Duke of North. The maid, savoring the details, shared the information she had obtained. As it turned out, Lord Ramion Ash-Chassis was a close relative of the King of Actania. It was not possible to find out the exact age of the Duke, but Lucinda, with a breath, admired the beauty and wealth of the lord, and never tired of repeating how lucky her mistress was - her husband was not only noble and rich, but also very handsome.

- It’s true, they say that the Duke has a complex character, well, how could it be otherwise, after such and such? — the maid lowered her voice and finished in a whisper: “They say his first wife was a beauty, but she just didn’t love him.” Yes... The Duke didn’t blow a speck of dust off her - he adored her so much, and she and his friend ran away, exactly a year after the wedding. Since then, the Duke's character has deteriorated. Here... - the maid sighed sympathetically and continued: - The king, by his decision, divorced Lord Ash - Chassis was allowed, and no one heard anything more about the former duchess. And now His Majesty deigned to marry the Duke, became concerned, therefore, with his fate, and the choice fell on you. Your father, how happy he is! He says that our family will be greatly exalted by such kinship! And what gifts the Duke gave! They took us with security, our soldiers say they cost a lot of money!

Lisa listened to the enthusiastic speeches of the maid, and her soul became more and more sad. She had just begun to get used to her new life when fate again took a sharp turn and carried her into the unknown.

“Okay,” the girl sighed, “where did ours go?” I’ll try to start all over again, anyway, there’s no other way out..."

She had been cheering herself up with phrases like these almost every day for the last few months. Exactly from the moment I saw a strange face and an unfamiliar body in the mirror.

Lisa, until now, could not get used to her new appearance and, for the first few seconds, when looking at herself in the mirror, she repeated like a mantra - “This is me, slightly changed, but the same inside.”

Of course, she was a little disingenuous - there were also changes inside, take at least the memory and motor skills of the real Alyssia, which Lisa inherited along with her new body. It was a strange feeling - to feel like the same person and, immediately, “remember” another version of childhood, youth and customs of the new world. A world so similar to her native one, and, at the same time, so strikingly different. All that was left of her from the old Lisa was her singing voice and her manner of smiling. It is unknown why the universe, which transferred her to a new body, left the girl such a memory of the past, but Lisa was grateful to fate for this gift. Although, the presence of vocal talent had to be hidden, and very carefully.

“Madam,” Lucinda pulled her out of her thoughts, “I have collected your favorite dresses.” Mr. Tremel ordered to take only the most necessary things, but I packed your best clothes, you are not a dowry among us! It’s no good going to your husband’s house without anything! Eh, how will you cope without me? Yes, also with strangers? They don’t know what you like and what you don’t... No one will style your hair like I do, and no one will pamper you with something delicious... They won’t guess, I guess. Look how thin you have become in recent days. Eh, only - only after the illness did you recover, then you lost your appetite again, you don’t eat anything at all! Olmetta is worried that you won’t like her cooking...
