Fermented milk products are encouraged, but watch their quality - it is better to take home-made cottage cheese, cheese - exclusively fresh and not spicy. Boiled eggs are prohibited when treating illness, although they can be included in some recipes in small quantities.

Carbohydrates
A diet high in carbohydrates is not recommended, since increased protein nutrition leads to increased activity of proteolytic enzymes, and acute pancreatitis develops more often after meat and fatty foods.

To get carbohydrates , a diet for chronic pancreatitis in adults may include foods such as:

  • oatmeal;
  • buckwheat;
  • pasta;
  • dairy-free rice;
  • bread crumbs.

What you can eat to get fats: a little butter or vegetable oil in dishes. Unacceptable options: cooking fats, margarine, animal fat (for example, pork or goose).

When the disease enters a long-term quiet phase, the list of permitted treats is gradually expanded. When selecting products, caution is strictly observed, certain requirements:

  • Preference should be given to homemade sweet products. They contain fewer additives that are hazardous to health.

People with pancreatitis need to replace their favorite sweet foods with foods with acceptable sugar content. What sweets are best?

You should give preference to fruits, but not sweet ones. Compotes, jelly, jelly, jam without added sugar are suitable for the patient’s diet menu. The full list of permitted products is as follows:
