It matters what and how he says. Even if a woman is beautiful, smart and erudite, she can ruin everything with an inexpressive voice, lack of charm and artistry. The components of a person’s image can also include a car, an iPhone, a laptop. They say a lot about their owners. Our image is also formed by our home - its interior, design. And it is very important that the different aspects of the image correspond to each other.

How does a woman's image differ from a man's image?

Firstly, for a long time, much greater demands have been placed on women's appearance than on the appearance of the most spectacular macho.

Secondly, ladies have relatively recently begun to play a prominent role in society, and in order for their professional activities to be taken seriously by others, it is important for them to understand how they look in the eyes of others. Long-established images of mother, wife, and homemaker have created a certain image of a woman. These stereotypes remained, but new ones also appeared: businesswoman, vamp, socialite.

What kind of people do you want to impress?

Business, politics, science, artistic environment - different areas require different images. If you move in several areas at the same time, you need a flexible change in image. At a university department, speak loudly and confidently, during negotiations, tune in to dialogue, at a social party, allow yourself to relax, do not be afraid to laugh and openly express your emotions. If you are going on a date, you should not be deliberately strict in your clothes and hairstyle. And if you are attending a business meeting, do not overuse cosmetics and revealing outfits. However, even at work you cannot forget about your feminine essence. Under no circumstances should you imitate men who can afford to be domineering and harsh.

A woman must remain a woman everywhere, otherwise she loses her feminine strength, energy and attractiveness.

Today it is generally accepted that external brightness is an indispensable component of a woman’s overall success. Indeed, the influence of image on other people is undeniable and it is simply necessary to take it into account. But... you shouldn’t adjust your internal image to your external one. Image psychology says that your appearance should correspond to the essence of your personality. If you are not business-minded, trying to transform yourself into a businesswoman with a sharp suit and a conservative hairstyle will look pathetic. If you don’t feel like a fatal seductress in yourself, fishnet stockings and a deep neckline are unlikely to help awaken her.

You need to listen to yourself. To who you feel like in this world. Then your psychological portrait and image will combine organically and naturally. Those around you will understand you correctly, and you yourself will live in harmony with yourself.

Women are rarely taken seriously and just as rarely are they willing to listen to their opinions and their advice.

Women take their failures at work to heart. But, no matter how ironic it may sound, the reason for failure lies in themselves. I will give a few examples that clearly explain what the problem is.

Women often complain that their work colleagues and bosses simply do not hear them. Women's ideas are brazenly appropriated by others and shamelessly passed off as their own. Subsequently, no one even remembers that the woman has already talked about this hundreds of times. After all, your male colleague made such a good presentation and explained everything so clearly.

Why is this happening? The answer is simple.

Scientists have long proven that appearance is of enormous importance. If your appearance does not match the environment or the status you strive for, almost no one will hear you. In this case, the opinion about your ideas will be based 70% on how you looked and what you were wearing. Another 23% will go into how you spoke (whether you sounded confident). And the very essence of your idea will be taken into account only by 7%. This is such a sad statistic.

It's no wonder that women feel like no one is listening to them. As practice shows, women are the worst violators of the corporate dress code. How can you do without short skirts, light dresses, and bright accessories in summer? Of course, the image of a business woman and all these outfits have nothing in common, but they are so beautiful. And men give so many compliments. A man will gladly invite such a woman to a cafe, restaurant, and dedicate a poem to her... but he is unlikely to listen to her business ideas.

If you are still determined to work and want to successfully build your career, there is a way out for you. The same study will tell you how to do this.

As soon as a woman brings her appearance into line with the information she speaks, male deafness suddenly disappears. Having tried on the image of a business woman, you will be surprised to find changes. Your bosses may even begin to praise you for your good ideas and ask if you have attended any training. Blue is the most suitable color for both men and women; it is always appropriate. Dark blue is the true color of power, especially for men. This is the color of sincerity and money. Medium blue perfectly reflects your openness and approachability. Blue conveys a sense of harmony and consistency.

Gray reflects strength and stability. Almost any shade and cut of gray is perfect for the basic details of men's and women's wardrobes. Charcoal gray is the color of power for both genders. Light gray is less formal and more friendly.

The color red may or may not suit the situation at all. This depends on the gender of the wearer, the exact shade, the item of clothing and whether it is the main color of the clothing. Yellow should be used with the same precautions. The color purple, long associated with royalty, is too bright. Because it is a fashion color, in many businesses it should not be used as a color for a woman's wardrobe staples. Men should avoid it. Green also seems inappropriate.
