In comparison with a large number of recipes for other baked goods, it is difficult to call a pizza recipe requiring a lot of time, but its creation really does not take 5-10 minutes. That is why some housewives who really love this dish are looking for a recipe to cook pizza at home in the oven quickly and without losing the original taste. This can be partially achieved if you use non-yeast dough, although it will not be too fluffy, but in some regions of Italy pizza is served on a thin base.
Ingredients:
- wheat flour – 400 g;
- flour 00 (durum) – 100 g;
- water – 200 ml;
- olive oil – 5 tbsp. spoon;
- a pinch of salt;
- tomato paste – 5 table. spoon;
- shrimp w/o – 100 g;
- tomatoes – 150 g;
- bell peppers – 2 pcs.;
- mozzarella – 200 g.
Cooking method:
- Sift both types of flour twice and mix with salt.
- Add oil and gradually pour in water while kneading the dough.
- When it stops sticking to your hands, roll it out onto a baking sheet, leaving thick sides.
- Grease with tomato paste.
- Pour boiling water over the shrimp, let sit for a minute and place on the pizza base.
- Place bell pepper half rings nearby and cover everything with tomato slices.
- Sprinkle the pizza with mozzarella and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Well, I have the most ordinary yeast dough. I just kneaded it well and put it in shape.
