    • 200 g semolina;
    • sour cream with any percentage of fat content – ​​335 g;
    • powdered sugar – 220 g;
    • 3 eggs;
    • soda – 5 g;
    • acetic acid – 35 ml;
    • apples - 2 pieces.

    Step by step recipe

    Place sour cream in a cup, add semolina and powdered sugar, leaving a little powder for sprinkling. Mix everything thoroughly and let it stand for one hour so that the mass swells.
