Preparation
- Boil rice in milk. Leave to cool.
- For dried fruits (you can take raisins, prunes, dried apricots), pre-soak the raisins in water.
- Beat the eggs, add sugar to them and beat again.
- Pour eggs with sugar and sour cream into the cooled rice.
- Drain the raisins in a colander and also add to the total mass. Add dried fruits to taste. If they are large, cut into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients well.
