Review your habits and change your lifestyle - if you don’t do this, even a cosmetologist won’t help you. If you have acne, change your diet and get tested for hormones; if there is pigmentation, make friends with SPF; age-related changes are easily solved with the help of products with active ingredients, redness by eliminating their cause.

However, it still ends up at the bottom of our to-do list, and obviously isn't as high a priority as it should be. Self-care when it becomes something we have to do, somehow loses its appeal, despite the fact that there is nothing more fun than doing things that feed your soul. Think about it, would you rather clean your kitchen or do yoga? So why is the kitchen always clean?

Self-care is not difficult and does not take much time. Here's how to properly care for yourself. Ten day plan:

Day 1: Make sleep a priority

Nothing affects our ability to overcome and cope with difficult situations more than getting enough sleep. When we're well-rested, we're better equipped to keep our emotions in check, be productive, and find creative solutions. Unfortunately, our busy schedules often limit our ability to get a good night's rest.

Take time today to create a nightly routine and get into the habit of making sleep a priority.

Day 2: Drink more water

Our society has a habit of buying diet soda instead of clean bottled water, and it's not good. Sodas, coffee and energy drinks can be full of sugar and more often than not, this does not hydrate your body but dehydrates it . Water is an essential component for our bodies to function properly, and without it we feel both physical and mental consequences.

Drink more water. If you find it difficult to drink plain water, try adding some lemon and mint for a refreshing and detoxifying effect on your skin and you will be able to drink more water than you want.

Good afternoon, dear readers! We all want to be beautiful, but to put a minimum of effort into it. Or we take care of ourselves, but not constantly, but as you know, only daily procedures can lead us to the desired result. I, in turn, asked myself the following question: “How to maintain youth and beauty, but without it taking up a lot of my time?”

And then I came across the article “Template Plan for Self-Care at Home,” but it didn’t quite suit me, so I made my own self-care plan, which I want to share with you.

If desired, you can easily adjust it to your preferences. If you do some procedures not at home, but in a salon, then it will immediately drop out of the list of home procedures, since you will already write “visit the salon on Wednesday at 18.00” in your diary, for example. And we only write down on the cards what we do ourselves.

All procedures are divided into 14 days (2 weeks); in the first week, self-care recipes made at home are given, and in the second week, purchased products are used. You can cut it into cards, where everything will be clear and then you won’t have to search for the day you need for a long time. And in the evening, prepare all the necessary ingredients for the next day.

Here is an approximate plan for how to take care of yourself and it will take 10-20 minutes a day. Of course, each of you will have your own and not all the recipes given here will suit you, but according to this plan you can make your own. I wish you to always be beautiful and young))))

Final day

On Sunday you should take a well-deserved rest. Curl a little in front of the mirror - this is a very good exercise for your facial muscles. Dance while no one can see you or take a relaxing warm bath with your favorite bubble bath.

Make a detailed self-care plan for the next week. Place it in a visible place so you don't forget about everything you wanted to do. As a thank you for the work done, buy yourself a small gift.

You need to pamper yourself and your body not only during beauty week, but also at any opportunity. Let self-care become your daily habit that brings you pleasure.

Plan for day five

The self-care plan for this day includes the massage itself. It needs to be carried out along massage lines. Basic facial massage : kneading, stroking, rubbing and vibration. Make massaging movements carefully, without pain. Before doing this, moisturize your hands with cream or massage oil.

Apply anti-cellulite cream to your thighs and wrap them in cling film for half an hour. After this, rinse with warm water and go to bed. Don't forget to praise yourself for sticking to your care plan every day.
