    • crab sticks 180-200 g;
    • egg 1 pc;
    • mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp. This ingredient adds a wonderful taste to the dish. You can buy a low-fat product or make your own mayonnaise at home;
    • breadcrumbs 4-5 tbsp;
    • mild mustard 1 tbsp;
    • sunflower or olive oil - used for frying cutlets;
