  3. Transfer the grated pulp into a colander. Squeeze out the juice with your hands, but not too much, so that later you end up with a radish as dry as paper. So, press down lightly.
  4. Cut the onions very, very finely, into small cubes, as finely as you can. By the way, do you know how to cut onions so that the plates do not move apart and the cutting turns out neat? Either do not cut off the tail of the onion and hold the onion by it when slicing, or do not cut through the onion to the very “bottom” (root part). In both cases, the cubes will be even and of the required size.
  5. Mix the pulp squeezed out of the juice (you see, it is not dry!) ​​and chopped onion. No need to salt anymore! Season with sunflower oil and mix everything. The taste is not bitter at all, but fresh, very juicy, mega healthy.
